A Skill represents a specific competency that users can develop within the platform.

Think of a resource you want your team or students to have in order to tackle a challenge, and create a skill that equips them with the necessary knowledge to overcome it.

• Soft Skills: Interpersonal abilities such as communication, leadership, teamwork, etc.
• Hard Skills: Technical and specialized skills such as programming, data analysis, graphic design, etc.

Each skill consists of multiple topics and lessons that enable progressive learning. Additionally, it may include Exercises or Topic Assessments, which we will explore later.
